About Event

Q. When is the event date and where is the event venue located?

A: The event will be held for 2 days: December 21 (Sat) 2024 - December 22 (Sun) 2024 JST, at Ikebukuro Sunshine City Bunka Kaikan Bldg. 2F Exhibition Hall D.

Q. What can I experience at the event?

A: Visitors may experience contents themed on engaging the physical reality in your "virtual identity," such as remotely joining the event from your home using latest technology, and more!

Q. How can I access the event venue?

A: The event venue is located at the Ikebukuro Sunshine City Bunka Kaikan Building. For further information, please see the page below:

3 min. walk from Higashi Ikebukuro Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line)

Q. Is this event admission / entry fee free?

A: Admission / entry fee is free of charge. However, ticket purchasing is required on entering the Ticketed Area located in the venue.

Q. Is re-entry to the venue allowed?

A. Yes, venue re-entry is allowed. On re-entry, please show the pass given at reception to a staff.

Q. Is entry by wheelchair allowed?

A. Yes, you can!

About Tickets

Q. Where and when can I buy tickets? Can I buy tickets on the event day?

A. Tickets may be purchased on the link below until December 22 2024 4:00 pm JST.

Q. Can I request refunds for already purchased tickets?

A. No cancels or refunds will be accepted after purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Can I resell my tickets?

A. Reselling tickets are strictly prohibited. Please note that entry may be denied if such event has been detected.

Q. Can I gift my tickets to someone else?

A. You may use the "Transfer tickets to a friend" feature on the ticket platform to give your tickets to a friend! For instructions, please see the page below:

Q. From what age is a ticket required?

A. Tickets are required for elementary school students and older. Preschool children (6 years old and younger) can enter for free (up to two children). Please note that elementary school students are not allowed to attend alone, and must be accompanied by someone of high school age or older.

Q. What types of tickets are on sale?

A. 3 types of tickets will be provided depending on area:
- Parareal Creators Area 1Day Ticket: 1,400 JPY (Tax Included)This area will be opened as admission free after 4pm JST
- Community Stage & Activity Area 1Day Ticket 2,500 JPY (Tax Included)
- 2 Area Set 1Day Ticket: 3,900 JPY (Tax Included) 5 Community Collab Cards Included

Q. What can I experience at the Ticketed Area?

A. Visitors may expect the following: the highly popular "Parareal Creator" area, featuring over 70 circles of users and communities active in both the real and virtual worlds. This area showcases community/individual activities, and sells items such as merchandise inspired by popular 3D avatars.
The "Community Stage & Activity Area" includes various attractions such as the "Community Stage," where VRChat groups and users perform live shows and other performances, the carnival-style shooting game "Vkettou" taking place both in virtual and physical reality, the "Immersive Store" where you can purchase goods while being served by VTubers and other avatars, and dining experiences like the "Vket Diner" and "Vket Bar: DeepSeaSide" offering original food and beverages.

About Merch / Foods and Drinks

Q. Can I buy merchs/goods at the event venue?

A: Official merchandise and goods will be sold in the event venue.

Q. Can I eat/drink in the event venue?

A: The "Vket Diner" located in the Ticketed Area will serve food and drinks. Please note that eating and drinking will be allowed only within the designated area.

Q. What payment methods can I use to buy goods and food/drinks?

A: Payment will be accepted by cashless payments (e.g. credit cards, electronic money).
For credit cards, cards such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners, and Discover issued with a magnetic stripe or IC chips / smart cards may be accepted. Also, prepaid transportation IC cards and iD are accepted as well.
*Please note that purchasing by cash is not available.

Q. Can I use credit cards issued outside Japan for goods / food payments?

A. Payment by credit card is accepted by using magnetic stripe cards or IC-chip / smart cards, issued in or outside Japan by the following issuers: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners, and Discover.

Q. I've realized there was a duplicate payment on purchasing goods / food. What should I do?

A. Please contact the staff in charge of payment processing, or contact via inquiry.
*Please verify your purchased items and payment content on the spot. Claims for product mistakes will not be accepted after leaving the spot. The receipt of purchase will be required on requesting staff action, so please keep the receipt after purchase.

Q. Can I request a return or refund on a purchased product?

A. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after purchase with the exception of defective items. The receipt of purchase will be required on requesting an exchange or return, so please keep the receipt after purchase.

Q. Will there be a pre-order for official goods?

A. Yes! Pre-order is scheduled to open on early December. For pre-order details, please see the page below:

*Pre-order purchase and shipping are not available outside Japan.

Q. Can I request goods shipping for in/outside Japan?

A. Shipping purchased goods will not be available for in/outside Japan.

About Event Content

Q. Can I cosplay / join the event as a cosplayer?

A. Yes, you can! The event will accept cosplays and costumes related to the virtual community such as "Vtubers," "characters related to VR socials," and "replicating your own avatar"! A photo session for gathering cosplayers to the Community Stage is also scheduled. If you are planning to do a cosplay in the VketReal event venue, please apply to the form below by Decemeber 1 (Sun) 11:59 pm JST:

Q. How can I get a "Vket Community Collab Card"?

A. The "Vket Community Collab Card" is an original trading card by Vket collabing with viral events in VRChat, communities, and popular worlds! By purchasing a drink or a food at Vket Diner, 1 card out of 10 variations will be gifted to you randomly.
If you have bought an entry ticket for Community Stage & Activity Area, 5 "Vket Community Collab Cards" will be gifted as well.

VketReal Terms of Use (Rules and Precautions on Visiting VketReal)

Article 1  (Scope of Terms of Use)

These VketReal Terms of Use set forth provisions, between HIKKY Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and visitors, regarding the use of VketReal event (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”)  and its event location and adjacent facilities (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Venue”) by each Visitors.


Article 2 (Event Venue Entry)

  1. The Event Venue is divided by the Open Area and Ticketed Area, which a Ticket will be required on entering the Ticketed Area. For details on the ticket, please refer to Article 3.
  2. On entering a Ticketed Area, please prepare a “purchased QRCode ticket” and present it to the reception staff.
  3. To prevent disturbing nearby facilities and the surroundings, and for preventing danger and crime, please refrain from waiting for entry substantially earlier than the opening time.

  4. Depending on the Event Venue’s crowd condition, an entry limit may be created without prior notice.

Article 3 (Precautions) 

  1. A video recording and photo taking by the Company or by press coverage will take place in the Event Venue. Please be advised that visitors may be taken in these media. The taken media may be used for press, advertisement, promotion, merchandise, etc.
  2. The Company will handle the personal information of visitors obtained in the Event Venue in accordance with the Privacy Policy established by the Company.
  3. If you have been injured or felt sickness while in the Event Venue, please contact a nearby event staff.
  4. Distribution of flyers, sales and collections, solicitation, entertainment, fund-raising activities, and signature activities without the Company’s permission at the Event Venue are prohibited.
  5. Please refrain from eating or drinking outside the Food/Drink Booths. Also, smoking in the Event Venue is strictly prohibited. 
  6. Running vehicles in or outside the Event Venue, obstructing passages and entry/exits, surging, dangerous actions, and actions harming other people are strictly prohibited.
  7. Items whose possession or carrying is prohibited by law, dangerous items, or which can be considered a crime, are prohibited to be carried into the Event Venue. 
  8. Actions that may disturb surrounding visitors, such as shouting in loud voices, making loud sounds, vibration, and smell are prohibited.
  9. Waiting for or chasing event performers in front of the waiting room or at the entrance is prohibited.
  10. Please refrain from leaving your belongings unattended within the Event Venue. Please look after your baggage including your valuables with your own responsibility.
  11. The Company will not be responsible for any accidents or theft, troubles between other visitors, unless when required by law.
  12. If the visitor may not follow event staff orders, or committed action contrary to laws and public order and morals, or disturbed the surroundings,they may be forced to leave the Event Venue.
  13. Travel expenses, transportation fees, etc. to the Event Venue are to be paid by individual visitors.
  14. The Event may be canceled on the day without prior notice due to heavy weather, disaster, traffic, and other circumstances.
  15. The Company will not be responsible for any damages caused by canceling or postponing the Event due to circumstances. Also, the Company will not compensate travel expenses, transportation fees, etc. on such occurrences.
  16. Contents of the Event may be changed or canceled by the Company without prior notice.
  17. The parties hereto consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court in the first instance with respect to a lawsuit in connection with or arising out of these Terms of Use and various rules stipulated by the Company.

Article 4  (Collab Offline Events)

  1. An Offline Event maybe held in collaboration with the Event. Planning and operating of the Offline Events are done by each Offline Event host.
  2. On participating in each Offline Event, please check the instructions, conditions, etc. created by each Offline Event host. 
  3. The Company will not be responsible for any troubles, accidents, theft, etc. caused by participating in each Offline Event, unless when required by law.

Article 5  (Product Sales and Food/Drink Booths)

  1. Payment will be accepted by cashless payments (e.g. credit cards, electronic money). Please note that purchasing by cash is not available.
  2. Each product will have a limit on availability. Sales will end when the stock for each event day finishes.
  3. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after purchase with the exception of defective items. The receipt of purchase will be required on requesting an exchange or return, so please keep the receipt after purchase.
  4. Please verify your purchased items and payment content on the spot. Claims for product mistakes will not be accepted after leaving the spot.
  5. Please sort the trash on disposal by following the instructions.
  6. As alcohol products will be available, an age verification may take place on purchasing such products. *If the visitor’s age cannot be verified, alcohol products will not be provided.
  7. While products containing alcohol may be available at the Food/Drink Booths, drivers and underage visitors must strictly avoid consuming such products.

Article 6 (Cosplay in Event Venues)


  1. For conditions regarding Event Venue use for cosplaying, please refer to the details disclosed separately by the Company.
