Virtual Market 2024 Summer is an international festival in VR where you can buy and sell all kinds of items such as avatars and 3D data. You can join the event for free on either VRChat venue or Web browser venue, the latter being developed with HIKKY's proprietary virtual space engine Vket Cloud.
How to enter
1. Select the World to go
Select the world you desire to go via the link thumbnails in (Access)
After Checking the Terms and Privacy Policy, enter your Nickname and Select “Enter“.
Once the loading is finished, you’re free to roam in the Metaverse!
You may jump to other worlds in-game as well. By selecting the MENU on the top-right and selecting the World tab in the side-menu, the world list will open.
How to enter the same room
If you want to enter the same room with your friends, select the “Invite a friend“ button on the top left. On the appearing screen, copy the invitation link or share it using other apps. On opening the shared URL in browser, your friends should enter the same room.
*To enable multi-play, a microphone is needed to be installed beforehand. Also, the microphone needs to be permitted on the browser. If multi-play does not work on the browser, try cache clearing or switching to other browsers.
If the metaverse does not load on clicking the shared URL, try the room owner’s URL instead (the URL on the top URL bar).
2. Control inside VR space

Furthermore, you may communicate with other visitors with your voice or text. Tap the smile icon on the bottom right to let your avatar take a pose.
Also, by using the button next to the MENU on the top right, you can change the viewpoint.
You may look around the world by 3rd person perspective, or zoom in to the booths by first person perspective!
If you found something interesting, try taking a snapshot by selecting the camera button.
Setting
The setting window can be opened by selecting the MENU button on the top right. You can change your avatar, visit different worlds, and adjust the sound volume.
Choose your avatar that will be displayed as yourself in the VR space. Please select the one you like and enjoy the world! The “Nickname” box on the profile tab allows you to change your name appearing in the VR space.
The control instruction is also available in the setting window. (It may take a longer time for loading depending on your internet connectivity.)
How to use my avatar
When you open Avatar in the settings windows, you will see two buttons of Preset Avatar and My Avatar. Preset Avatars are ready-made avatars provided from the world, available to everyone. My Avatars are players' own avatars that can be used by the owner only.
If you want to use your own avatar, or My Avatar, you need to log in to Vket Account. Press Log in to Vket Account. You will move to a different webpage, where you can log in with your google account. If you have not created your Vket Account, you'll be instructed to create one. Once logged in, upload your avatar data to My Vket from the Upload Avatar button on the bottom right. My Vket can be used to upload your avatar data and even create new avatar data using Avatar Maker service. The VRM file should be in VRM0.X format with file size smaller than 30MB, and the texture resolution needs to be the power of two, such as 512x512.
