Overview for MusicVket 6 Exhibition

For MusicVket 6 Exhibition, exhibitors will upload a video, sample audio and images for advertising their music creations via website, which will be exhibited in a booth provided by Vket staff.
The video, sample audio, and images you have submitted are scheduled to be displayed and played within the world’s gimmicks.

Submission Rules: MusicVket 6 Exhibition

• To avoid high load on the visitors' PCs and facilitate smooth integration into the world by the Vket staff, thw Submission Rules will specify the number, size, and format of images.
• Before submission, the submission webpage will conduct a check of the compliance with the submission rules.
• Please note that if the submitted images do not comply with the submission rules, the Vket staff may request for a resubmission.
• Even if the space complies with the submission rules, if the space is deemed problematic such as taking up a high load, the Vket staff may request a resubmission.
• In the case of spaces with a significantly small amount of information, the exhibitor may be asked to confirm after the submission period, and the space may be removed only if the confirmation cannot be obtained.

• Video (mp4) *In MusicVket 6, we will use video files as the audio source for music listening samples. Please submit your works in video format.

• Audio (ogg) *The submitted audio files will be used in a gimmick installed at the center of the venue. This gimmick will play short samples picked from all tracks exhibited in the venue. On submission, it is highly recommended to edit the .ogg files to be focused on the highlight section of your music.

B. File regulations

• Only half-width alphanumeric characters,-(hyphen), _ (underscore), (half-width space), .(Dot), and () (parentheses) can be used for file & folder names.
• Transparent images are not supported.
