Avoid Exposure in Direct Heat

Use Shades: Take a break at tree shades, and other places to cooldown!

Rest to Stay Cool: Cooldown at places with air conditioning or well-ventilated places!

Always Stay Hydrated

Frequent Hydration: Drink water and sports drinks whenever you can!

Ice, Refrigerated Drinks: Use them to cooldown your body!

Appropriate Outfit

Loose fitting clothes: Wear light, loose clothes to let the breeze go through, and use hats and sunglasses if possible!

Helping Hand for the Needed

Care for Children and Elders: Always be helpful, and keep an eye out for their condition!

Watch Your Condition: If you have symptoms of dizziness, sickness, etc., contact a nearby staff for help!
