According to the VRChat Help Desk, the minimum spec for experience is defined in the System Requirements .

Web browser venues and VRChat venues are not connected. You may not see visitors on the other venue.
Some worlds in the VRChat venues are available only by Desktop mode or PCVR.
Some promo deals and events are limited by the venues.

The exhibition guidelines page (JP/EN) had a mistake in information, which labels "Fallen Eden - Alt" venues having Standard Booth exhibitions.
The correct exhibition types for "Fallen Eden - Alt" are as following: Large Booth, Huge Booth, Item Booth, and Portal Booth.
